Early Voting has begun
and so has the countdown

The upcoming primary election on February 2, 2010 will be the first of two very important elections you have an important voice in deciding.  In every race from U.S. Senate to Township Committeeman (our Party’s Chairman here in Schaumburg Township), we have vetted the candidates and now offer our strong endorsement in each race.  We believe that our endorsed candidates will give our party the best chance at victory in November and will provide our nation, state and county the vision to solve our problems.

With regard to endorsed Republican candidates for Schaumburg Township, please be aware there has been a fake Illinois Primary Election “Sample Ballot” circulated.  PLEASE NOTE:  The official Schaumburg Township Republican Sample Ballot states that the candidates have been endorsed by the Schaumburg Township Republican Organization (STRO). Also you will be able to easily recognize the fake from the genuine sample ballot if you look at four key races on the ballot.  The official sample ballot recommends you vote for the endorsed candidates Congressman Mark Kirk for U.S Senate; Dan Proft for Governor; Ryan Higgins for State Representative in the 56th and yours truly, Mike Adelizzi for Township Committeeman (our Party’s Chairman in the Township).  You may also refer to the complete list of endorsed candidates by clicking here for the official list of STRO Endorsed Candidates and printing the list to take with you to the polls during early voting or on Tuesday, February 2, 2010.

For U.S Senate, six-term Congressman Mark Kirk gives us the best chance to bring sound Republican policies to the U.S. Senate from Illinois and for Governor, Dan Proft the only candidate for Governor that is calling for reducing our taxes and placing statutory limits on state spending.  For State Representative in the 56th, Ryan Higgins, a young and exciting new candidate has a very strong vision for the future of our state.  And personally, with the support of many dedicated individuals including officers and precinct captains I have rebuilt our Party structure, unified our Party and been instrumental in selecting quality candidates to be elected

By voting for our endorsed candidates in the Primary on February 2, 2010 and voting in the General Election on November 2, 2010, the Republican Party will be offering a clear choice to the totally failed policies and results that the Democrats have brought us in the county, state and in Washington, D.C. Sincerely,

Michael Adelizzi
Republican Committeeman
Schaumburg Township
