Think of PCs as the Party’s Superheroes. The job of a Precinct Captain (PC) is to boost Republican voter turnout by encouraging unreliable republican voters to vote more regularly. By reaching out to and building a relationship with unreliable Republican voters over the course of this year, we can ensure that more Republican candidates win important elections come November.
