Early voting began March 2, 2026

It’s a fact that most Republicans engage with the voting process only during the presidential cycle. Few people understand that midterm election results weigh on them more heavily in terms of taxes, regulations, and quality of life. Curiously, the midterm election in Illinois is getting national attention. That’s due in part because Gov. JB Pritzker has revealed his aspiration to become the Democrat presidential candidate for 2028. He’s losing weight, trashing Trump, threatening ICE, and creating a task force to study and develop reparations—all red meat issues for the Left wing of his party.

However, the working people of Illinois are fed up with Pritzker. Undecided voters are finally looking at the Republican candidates and asking, “Who can get us out of this mess?” The 2021 SAFE-T Act was the last straw.

Endorsed Candidates:

The Schaumburg Township Republican Organization has endorsed two candidates: Joe Folisi for Committeeperson and Daniel Lee for Cook County Board Commissioner in the 15^th District. All the candidates for other positions are recommended but not endorsed.

Joe Folisi for Committeeman:

Under Joe’s leadership, STRO increased our Republican vote despite the blue wave, while neighboring townships all saw a reduction in Republican voters. During the last election cycle, Joe led the effort with:

• Over 10,000 doors knocked on
• Over 15,000 Republican voters contacted
• Over 43,000 text/email messages sent
• Over 21,000 sample ballots distributed
• Over 4,000 get-out-the-vote phone calls made

As Joe reminds us, “This job doesn’t come with a paycheck. It’s about responsibility. A committeeperson’s role isn’t about recognition. It’s about service to the community, to the candidates, and to the party. There are three core responsibilities: recruiting and supporting good Conservative candidates, recruiting and supporting volunteers, and raising the resources to help them succeed. “

Joe has worked tirelessly to grow the Schaumburg Township Republican Organization and make it more accessible to residents through the website, Facebook, Instagram, monthly breakfast meetings, volunteer training, and community outreach. He has built a cohesive team, focused on expanding the base and reaching new members.

Daniel Lee for Cook County Commissioner, 15 ^th District

Daniel Lee is running for election to the Cook County Board of Commissioners to represent District 15 in Illinois. Daniel is not a politician and has not held a paid, political office. He has 30 years of business experience exporting US farm products. He has consulted many start-up businesses and helped multiple local restaurants. Daniel understands the challenges that come with opening a business in Cook County and keeping it viable under burdensome fees and regulations. As a resident and business owner in Hoffman Estates, Daniel believes in giving back to his community. He is a Plan Commissioner for the Village of Hoffman Estates and serves on the Economic Development Commission. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Security and Intelligence. Daniel is deeply committed to his family, his church, and his community. He is also a Deputy Committeeperson and tireless volunteer for STRO.

Daniel is “unapologetically conservative” and ready to fight for Conservative values. He is Pro-Life, Pro-Second Amendment, Pro-Law Enforcement, and Pro-Family and Parental Rights. Daniel believes government is too big and that it imposes liberal ideology on families and individuals who are smart enough to think for themselves. Does he remind you of someone? Yourself? That’s because he is like you—independent, self-reliant, and unafraid to defend his values. He’s exactly who we need on the Cook County Board of Commissioners.
